 Mileage Usage:

1. Mileage Allowance:

  • All rental vehicles include a mileage allowance of 100 miles per day as part of the standard rental package.
  • This mileage allowance is intended to accommodate typical usage scenarios for our customers.

2. Additional Mileage Charges:

  • For miles driven in excess of the allotted 100 miles per day, an additional charge of $0.20 per mile will be applied.
  • These charges will be calculated and added to the total rental cost upon return of the vehicle.

3. Unlimited Mileage Charges:

  • Price: $50 per reservation.
  • Mileage: Unlimited mileage included.
  • Duration: The maximum rental period is one month.


1. Smoking Policy: smoking poses health risks and can leave behind unpleasant odors and residue that may affect the comfort of future customers. By adhering to this policy, we aim to create a safe and enjoyable rental experience for all.

  • Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the rental vehicle at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, and vaping devices.
  • Additional Cleaning Fee: Customers found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $150.

Fuel Policy: 

1. Return at Same Level:

  • We kindly request that you return the rental vehicle with the same level of fuel as it had at the time of pickup.
  • This ensures fairness for all customers and helps us maintain efficient operations.

2. Refueling Responsibility:

  • It is the responsibility of the renter to refill the tank to the appropriate level before returning the vehicle.
  • Failure to return the vehicle with the same fuel level may result in additional charges to cover the cost of refueling
3. Refueling Options:
  • Should you require refueling before returning the vehicle, there are several options available:
    • Refuel at a nearby gas station using the fuel type specified for the vehicle.
    • Utilize our available pre-paid fuel options offered by [O&R Enterprise], if applicable

Late Return Policy:

1. Late Return Fee:

  • A late return fee of $50 will be applied if the rental vehicle is returned after the scheduled return time.
  • This fee will be applicable if the vehicle is returned more than 15 minutes past the scheduled return time.

2. Hourly Late Charges:

  • In addition to the initial late return fee, an additional charge of $50 will be applied for every hour (or portion thereof) that the vehicle remains overdue.

3. Maximum Late Charges:

  • Late charges will be capped at 2 hours beyond the scheduled return time.
  • If the vehicle is returned more than 2 hours late, the late fees accumulated during this period will be equivalent to a full day rental charge.

Rental Extension Policy:

At O&R Enterprise, we understand that plans may change, and you may require additional time with your rental vehicle. Please review the following policy regarding rental extensions:

1. Extension Procedure:

  • To request a rental extension, customers must contact O&R Enterprise at least 2 hours before the scheduled return time.
  • For rentals due back at 10 am, we kindly request that extension requests be made the day before. 

2. Extension Charges:

  • Rental extension charges will be based on the additional duration of the rental period and will be communicated and charged to you at the time of the extension request.

Cancellation Policy: Changes to the reservation, including cancellations, may impact the rental charges. Please review the following cancellation fees.

2. Cancellation Fees for Prepaid Reservations:

  • If a prepaid reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed.
  • If a prepaid reservation is cancelled within 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of $100 will be assessed.
3. How to Cancel:
  • To cancel your reservation, please contact O&R Enterprise at 1-888-220-5666 directly via phone.
  • Please provide your reservation details to facilitate the cancellation process.

4: Refund Processing:

  • Refunds for cancelled reservations will be processed in accordance with our refund policy on our rental policy page.
  • Please allow up to 2-10 days for the refund to reflect on your original booking form of payment.

Pet Policy:

At O&R Enterprise , we understand that pets are part of your family and may accompany you during your travels. Please review the following policy regarding pets in rental vehicles.

1. Pets Allowed:

  • Pets are permitted in rental vehicles, provided that they are properly managed by the customer.

2. Pet Containment:

  • Customers traveling with pets are required to keep their pets crated or restrained while inside the rental vehicle.
  • This ensures the safety of both the pet and the vehicle's occupants.

3. Cleanliness Requirement:

  • Customers are responsible for returning the rental vehicle in a clean condition, free of pet hair and debris.

Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning or detailing fee starting at $50 based on the level of cleaning needed.

Rental Agreement and Policy Acknowledgment

By checking the box at checkout, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms and conditions outlined in the rental agreement and rental policy provided by O&R Enterprise. I agree to comply with all provisions and requirements set forth therein.

I understand that the rental agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between myself and O&R Enterprise and that failure to adhere to its terms may result in additional charges, penalties, or termination of the rental agreement.

Furthermore, I acknowledge that any additional services or options selected during the booking process are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the rental agreement and may incur additional charges.

I certify that all information provided during the reservation process is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of my reservation and forfeiture of any payments made, legal court claims, and/or police contact.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inspect the rental vehicle for any pre-existing damage or issues before accepting possession. I agree to report any such damage or issues to O&R Enterprise immediately to avoid liability.

I understand that any disputes or discrepancies regarding the rental agreement or rental charges will be resolved in accordance with the policies and procedures established by O&R Enterprise.

At O&R Enterprise, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and enjoyable car rental experience. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have developed the following policies that outline the terms and conditions governing our rental services. Please take a moment to review these policies carefully before proceeding with your reservation.

Rental Requirements

At O&R Enterprise, we aim to make the car rental process as smooth and convenient as possible. To rent a vehicle from us, please ensure you meet the following requirements & understand our rental policies:

 Driver's License:

  • A valid driver's license issued by your country of residence is required.
  • International renters must present a valid driver's license along with a passport and, in some cases, an international driver's permit (IDP).
Insurance Coverage:
  • Purchase our in house collision damage waivers which limits your financial responsibility to a insurance deductible if the vehicle is involved in an accident. (exclusions apply see terms and conditions on rental agreement).
  • Renters not purchasing our in house collision damage waiver you are responsible for providing a copy of your personal  insurance coverage policy for the rental vehicle.
Security Deposit:
  • A security deposit is required at the time of rental to cover any potential damages or fees incurred during the rental period.
  • The security deposit amount starts at $150 may vary depending on specific factors.

Payment Method:

  • A valid credit card in the renter's name is required for payment and security deposit purposes.
  • Debit cards may be accepted with certain conditions and additional verification.
  • Debit Cards (and with local resident customers) may be used upon desecration per valid information required as follows.
  • A current utility bill, one or two of the following items may be additionally required a cellular phone bill, current pay stub, and or insurance policy declarations page.
  • Some Pre Paid credit/debit card may be accepted with a higher security deposit.   
Third-Party Payment Policy:

1. Cardholder Present Requirement:

  • If someone other than the primary renter intends to pay for the rental using their credit card, the cardholder must be present at the time of rental pick-up.
  • The cardholder will be required to provide identification and sign the rental agreement as the authorized payer.

2. Verification of Card Ownership:

  • The cardholder must present valid identification that matches the name on the credit card being used for payment.
  • This verification helps ensure the legitimacy of the transaction and protects against fraudulent activity.

3. Responsibility of Primary Renter:

  • The primary renter remains responsible for adhering to all rental policies and returning the vehicle in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement, regardless of the payment method used.
Age Requirements:

1. Minimum Age Requirement:

  • The minimum age to rent a vehicle with O&R Enterprise is 21 years old.

2. Underage Fee:

  • Customers between the ages of 21 and 25 will be required to pay an underage fee in addition to the standard rental charges.
  • The underage fee varies between $25 and $50, depending on the specific details.
  • Additionally, a higher security deposit is required, with amounts ranging from $250 to $500, depending on different factors.

3. Specific Vehicles for Renters 21-25 Years Old:

  • O&R Enterprise offers specific vehicles available for renters aged 21 to 25 years old.
  • These vehicles are designated in the "Rent Me" section with the option to add the underage fee to the rental.
  • If a vehicle does not have the underage fee price add-on option, it is not available for drivers under 26 years old.

4. Compliance:

  • Customers must comply with the age requirement and any associated fees when renting a vehicle from O&R Enterprise.
  • Failure to meet the age requirement or pay the underage fee may result in the cancellation of the reservation or refusal of rental services.
Unauthorized Drivers Policy:

1. Unauthorized Drivers:

  • No unauthorized drivers are allowed to operate any vehicles rented from O&R Enterprise.
  • All drivers must be listed on the rental agreement and meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our rental policies.

2. Immediate Consequences:

  • Allowing an unauthorized driver to operate a rental vehicle will result in immediate consequences, including:
    • Blocked from renting status.
    • Revocation of the security deposit.
Additional Driver Fee:
  • Customers who wish to add an additional driver to the rental agreement may do so by paying an additional fee of $15.
  • The additional driver fee covers the administrative costs associated with adding another driver to the rental agreement.
Repossession Policy:

1. Repossession Circumstances:

  • In the event that a rented vehicle needs to be repossessed due to non-compliance with the rental agreement or other extenuating circumstances, the security deposit will be forfeited.

2. Additional Charges:

  • Upon repossession of the vehicle, additional charges equal to or exceeding the security deposit may be applied.
  • These charges cover the costs associated with the repossession process, including but not limited to administrative fees, towing charges, and any damages incurred during the repossession.

3. Notification Process:

  • Renters will be notified in advance of any impending rental vehicle return action, allowing them an opportunity to address any outstanding issues or concerns.

4. Resolution of Outstanding Charges:

  • Renters are responsible for settling any outstanding charges resulting from the repossession of the vehicle.
  • Failure to do so may result in further action to recover the outstanding debt.


Accident Response Policy:

1. Safety First:

  • If you are involved in an accident, ensure your safety and the safety of all passengers first. If anyone is injured, call 911 immediately for medical assistance.
2. Call O&R Enterprise:
  • After insuring safety call O&R Enterprise to report the accident. 

3. Police Report:

  • It is mandatory to file a police report at the scene of the accident, regardless of the severity of the incident. This helps document the details of the accident for insurance purposes.
Roadside Assistance:
  • If the rental vehicle is undriveable or unsafe to operate, contact our roadside assistance team immediately at 1-888-220-5666.
  • If after hours call 1-888-220-5666 and Press 1 for a live rep or Press 2 to leave a voicemail.
  • Our team will arrange for a tow truck to transport the vehicle to a designated location and report the incident accordingly.
Refund Processing Policy:

1. Refund Entitlement:

  • If you are entitled to a refund for any reason, the refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

2. Processing Timeframe:

  • Due to banks' processing times, it may take between 2-14 days for the refund to reflect on your original form of payment.
  • The exact timeframe for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's policies and procedures.

3. Notification:

  • Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a notification confirming the refund amount.
Reservation Confirmation Policy:

1. Confirmation Email:

  • Upon completing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms the dates you selected and that payment was accepted.

2. Approval of Reservation:

  • It's important to note that the confirmation email does not constitute approval of your reservation.
  • Your reservation is only approved once all required information has been finalized and accepted by our office.

3. Finalization Process:

  • Our office will review the information provided and finalize your reservation accordingly.
  • Once all necessary details are confirmed, your reservation will be officially approved.
Vehicle Pick-up and Drop-off Policy:

1. Standard Location:

  • All vehicles are to be picked up and dropped off at our designated location at 405 W. 7 Mile, Detroit, MI 48203.

2. Alternative Services:

  • If you require delivery or pick-up services for your rental vehicle, please communicate that and these services may be applied to your reservation.
  • Delivery or pick-up services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability with additional cost based on location.

3. Scheduled Reservation Time:

  • It's important to arrive at the designated location at your scheduled reservation time to pick up or drop off the vehicle.
  • Late arrivals may result in additional fees or scheduling conflicts
